EXPERIENCE BEHIND THE VISION.
Michelle Michael, Founder and CEO of IRNCLAD Solutions, has built her career at the intersection of housing operations, affordable housing and community impact.
Her experience spans property management, LIHTC compliance, lease-ups, inspections, audits, training, housing authority partnerships, resident account oversight, ownership transitions and property disposition transactions. Working across multiple areas of the housing industry has given Michelle a practical understanding of what it takes to build stronger operations while keeping the people those systems serve at the center of the work.
Her commitment extends beyond the properties she has managed. Michelle has worked alongside community partners to provide financial literacy and housing education, helping individuals and families better understand credit, locate housing opportunities and navigate resources that can often feel difficult to access.
In 2024, Michelle was recognized by the California Secretary of State’s Office for her community work and partnerships supporting financial literacy and housing education.
For Michelle, that work reinforced a simple belief: information can change what is possible for people. When organizations have stronger systems and communities have greater access to knowledge and resources, both are better positioned to succeed.
That belief continues to shape IRNCLAD Solutions today; bringing industry expertise, practical solutions and meaningful community impact under one roof.
